Designed to allow the safe removal and refitting of the twin clutches used in VAG 6 and 7 speed gearboxes.

The DSG (Direct-Shift Gearbox) clutch removal and installation kit is designed to allow the removal of the clutch housing assembly complete with clutch plates from the VAG 6 and 7 speed electronically controlled dual-clutch multiple-shaft manual gearboxes used in the Volkswagen Golf 2004 onwards, Touareg and Audi A3 from 2004 onwards.

All threaded bars should be kept clean, free from dirt or grit, and very lightly lubricated with a film of molybdenum disulphide grease. Be very aware that clutch components must not be contaminated with any grease, oil or other lubricant.
